Blockage Reason of Polymer Injection Wells in Xingnan Oilfield and Determination of the Plug Removal Agent Formula

摘要: 针对杏南油田注聚井堵塞情况日益严重、注入压力升高及注聚效果变差的现状,采用杏南油田某区
块聚合物及水样,进行了模拟现场注聚和堵塞的室内实验,得出了注聚井堵塞原因。结果表明,聚合物及机械杂质
是造成储层孔隙堵塞的主要因素,且储层渗透率越低堵塞情况越严重。针对堵塞原因进行了解堵剂配方的室内实
验研究,最终确定出A、B和C3种药剂组合而成的多元降解剂,在优化每种药剂的质量分数、注入排量和注入顺序
的基础上,该解堵剂配方可使储层解堵率达到102.41%~124.77%。
