2,2′:5′,2″-四噻吩-5-甲醛的合成与表征

The Synthesis and Characterization of the 5-Formyl-2,2:5曚,2-Terthiophene

摘要: 以三联噻吩为原料,三氯氧磷为缩合剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为甲酰化剂,通过维尔斯迈尔反应,在0 ℃左右合成亲电试剂,用该亲电试剂取代三联噻吩α位的H,最后经碱性水解(pH=8)得到2,2′:5′,2″-四噻吩-5-甲醛,经过柱层析提纯得到纯度较高的2,2曚:5曚,2曞-四噻吩-5-甲醛,收率达84.97%。采用FT-IR,UV-vis,1H-NMR对其结构进行了表征和分析,用DSC进行测试和分析,得到了2,2′:5′,2″-四噻吩-5-甲醛的熔点和沸点,结果与文献报道一致。

Abstract: The reaction was carried out through Vilsmeier-reaction with the2,2′:5′,2″-terthiophene as raw material,in which the electrophilic reagent was synthesized in the temperature of nearby zero degrees centigrade with POCl3 as condensating agent and DMF as formylating agent,then the H in the position of α of 2,2′:5′,2″-terthiophene was substituted by the electrophilic reagent,the5-formyl-2,2′:5′,2″-terthiophene was obtained via basic hydrolysis (pH=8),of which the higher purity quotient was obtained through silica flash chromatography with the productive rate of 84.97%. It′s structure was characterized and analyzed using FT-IR,UV-vis,1H-NMR,and the melting point and boiling point was measured and analyzed by DSC,which is in agreement with the literature.
