十字挡板型进料分布器结构优化研究

摘要: 采用三维模型借助流体力学模拟软件CFX 对开发的十字挡板型进料分布器进行了系统的模拟。重点分析了内套筒上盖板尺寸对进料分布器气体分布均匀度的影响, 研究了导流板数量、大小对进料分布器雾沫夹带性能及过程压降的影响。确定出了性能优良的十字挡板型进料分布器结构参数, 为进料分布器的结构优化提供指导。

Abstract: Using three-dimensional model, the cross-shaped baffler distributor was systematically simulated by CFX fluid mechanics modeling software. The impact of size of upon cover of inner sleeve on degree of uniformity of gas distribution of feeding distributor was emphasized. Meantime, the impact of the number and size of guide plate on performance of entrainment and pressure drop of the distributor was researched. At last, the structural parameters of excellent performanced cross-shaped baffler distributor was confirmed and so as to support direction for structural optimization of the distributor.
