丙烯环氧化反应组分在TS-1中吸附扩散行为研究

摘要: 四丙基溴化铵(TPABr)为模板剂合成的廉价钛硅分子筛(TS-1)中不可避免地会产生大量非骨架钛物种,通过后处理可以消除TS-1中的非骨架钛物种,从而改善催化性能。通过智能重量分析仪(IGA)技术考察了丙烯(C3H6)、环氧丙烷(PO)等在TS-1上的吸附和扩散性质,测定了其吸附等温线、扩散系数随单胞吸附量变化曲线及孔径分布。结果表明,非骨架钛物种对C3H6 吸附行为影响不大,但PO 却随非骨架钛的减少吸附量有所降低。后处理可以提高分子筛结晶度,改变孔道结构,提高丙烯在其上扩散速率,进而影响丙烯环氧化反应。

Abstract: Non-framework titanium species could be inevitably produced in the titanium silicalite (TS-1)zeolites synthesized by using tetrapropylammonium bromide(TPABr)as the template,called low-cost TS-1 zeolites.The content of the non-framework titanium on which the catalytic performance of the zeolite samples for proplyene epoxidation depends can be effectively reduced by means of post-treatment method.Adsorption and diffusion behaviour of propylene(C3H6) and
propylene oxide (PO) on a low-cost TS-1 zeolite have been studied by utilizing the Intelligent Gravity Analyzer (IGA).Adsorption isotherms,loading dependence of the diffusivity of propylene in the samples and the pore size distribution of the
zeolites were obtained.The results show that no effect of the content of the non-framework titanium on the adsorption of propylene on the samples can be found.While for PO,the amount of adsorption of PO on the TS-1 samples decreases with the content of the non-framework titanium decreasing.With post-treatment methods applied,the crystallinity of the lowcost TS-
1 samples can be improved,resulting in the reduction of the content of the non-framework titanium and the increase of the diffusivities of C3H6 in the samples which could affect the catalytic performance of the samples for proplyene
epoxidation.
