卧式椭圆柱型储油罐的变位识别与罐容标定

摘要: 为了解决由于储油罐变位而导致的罐容表计量误差问题,对卧式椭圆柱型储油罐变位后罐内油量进
行了重新标定,建立了相应的标定模型和储油罐在水平和倾斜放置时的罐容标定公式,并给出了模型的求解步骤。
通过实例对模型进行检验,检验结果验证了模型的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: In order to solve the error problems of tank capacity measurement caused by oil tank deformation, the after tank oil of horizontal-type elliptic cylindrical oil were recalibrated. The corresponding calibration model are established and tank capacity calibration formula are also built when oil tank in horizontal and inclined position. Meanwhile, model solution steps are given.The model are tested through the examples, the test results have confirmed the correctness and the feasibility of the model.
