摘要: 运用断裂力学、材料力学和系统动力学理论来研究裂纹的存在对谐波齿轮传动扭转刚度的影响,推
导了考虑裂纹后各构件的柔度、刚度系数解析计算公式,给出了求解传动扭转刚度的计算方法并举例说明,这种方
法简单,适合工程计算。

关键词: 谐波齿轮 , 扭转刚度 , 断裂力学 , 计算

Abstract: The influences of torsion stiffness of harmonic gear drive considering crack were studied by use of fracture splits mechanics, the material mechanics and the system dynamics theories. The analytic calculation formulas of flexibility and stiffness coefficient on each member considering crack were deduced, the calculation methods of torsion stiffness were given and example enumerated. This method is simple and applicable to engineering calculation.
