钻井油气层测试器系统的强度可靠性计算

Strength Reliability Calculation for Formation Center Tester System

摘要:      钻井油气层测试器是由液压动力短节、双PACKER 短节、反向注入短节、数字泵抽短节、传感器短节和取样筒短节组成的。这6 个短节是串联而成的。由于其工作环境恶劣, 所以对其进行可靠性分析是十分必要的。采用K-OUT -OF -N 模型来计算钻井中途油气层测试器的可靠度。利用Monte -Car lo 法求出每个短节的可靠度。应用概率理论推导出钻井油气层测试器系统的可靠度精确计算公式。利用独立的失效概率为q 的Ber noulli 试验序列、概率公式和递增凸函数的性质推导出了钻井油气层测试器的可靠度的近似计算公式。利用精确计算公式和近似计算公式分别计算钻井油气层测试器的可靠度, 结果分别为0.918 和0 .915 , 计算结果表明钻井中途油气层测试器有比较高可靠性。

Abstract:

     Formation center tester(FCT)is made up of hydraulic power joint, double PACKER joint , opposing infuse joint, numeric pump exhausting joint , sensor joint and sampling tube joint .The six joints are in series .Because its working environment hard , it is necessary to have reliability analysis for it .The reliable of FC T was calculated by using K-OUT-OF-N model, and the reliable of each joint w as worked out by using Monte-Carlo method .The narrow casting formula of reliable on FCT test system was calculated based on probability theory .The approximation calculus formula of reliable on FCT was calculated by using abate probability being q Bernoulli test sequence , probability formula and property of increasing convex function.The reliable of FCT was calculated respectively by using narrow casting formula and approximation calculus formula .The results are 0 .918 and 0 .915 .Calculating results show that FCT has high reliability
