Strength Reliability Analysis of Spherical Tanks Based on the Finite Element Method

摘要: 球罐是石油化工行业储存或盛装气体、液体等介质的重要设备,其可靠性是安全性的重要指标。对可靠性分析的概念进行了简要说明,并通过大型有限元软件对球罐模型的可靠性及参数敏感性进行了分析和评价。参数的可靠度和灵敏度能直观地反映出正态分布设计参数对可靠度的影响,可为球罐强度的可靠性设计提供科学参考。

Abstract: Spherical tank is more important equipment for stored or packing of gases, liquids and other media of the petrochemical. Its reliability is an important index for security. The concept of reliability analysis was explained. By using finite element software, the reliability of spherical tank and parameter sensitivity was analyzed and evaluated. Parameters' reliability and sensitivity can visually reflects influence of normal distribution design parameters on the reliability and provide scientific reference for reliability design of spherical strength.
