磷钨酸铋催化合成油酸正丁酯

Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Oleate by Bismuth Phosphotungstate

摘要: 制备了磷钨酸铋催化剂,并进行相关表征,对磷钨酸铋催化正丁醇和油酸的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了磷钨酸盐的种类,醇油物质的量比,催化剂用量,反应时间,反应温度等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,在回流条件下,醇油物质的量比为1.8∶1,催化剂质量为油酸质量的5%,反应时间控制在4 h,酯化率可达到90.05%。

Abstract: The catalyst bismuth phosphotungstate was prepared and characterized, then the esterification of n-butanol and oleic acid was studied with bismuth phosphotungstate as a catalyst. The effect of kinds of phosphotungstate, molar ratio of alcohol to oil, the amount of catalysts, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. The experiment results show that molar ratio of 1.8∶1 of alcohol to oil, the amount of catalysts is 5% (based on weight of fatty oil), reaction time is 4 h under reflux conditions. At this time, the yield of esterification is 90.05%.
