天然高分子改性阳离子絮凝剂的制备及其性能

Abstract: A cationic natural polymer flocculant has been prepared by reacting cationic reagent with the parent peanut shell.The peanut fibre epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride (PNET) flocculanting property and its application was examined and the preparation conditions were studied.Through orthogonal experiment the best synthesize conditions are: mass fraction of NaOH 15%,alkali temperature 20 ℃,alkali time 1.5 h,PNET is produced at 80 ℃ for 3 h by mixing 1 g cationic reagent with 10 g peanut shell.The flocculanting properties of PNET has been studied using sludge, lives dirty water and electroplating dirty water.The dehydrate efficiency can reach 89.0%,the phosphorus and chromium removal ratios can reach 58.3%,74.0%, respectively.

摘要:  以花生壳为原料, 以阳离子醚化剂为改性剂, 合成阳离子型絮凝剂PNET , 并对其性能和应用进行研
究。通过正交实验选择的最佳反应条件:NaOH 质量分数为15 %、碱化温度20 ℃、碱化时间1 .5 h , 絮凝剂制备反应
时间3 h 、反应温度80 ℃ 、m(花生壳)/ m(醚化剂)=10∶1 。采用该絮凝剂对污泥、生活废水、电镀废水进行了絮凝
净化效果考察, 其脱水率89 %、除磷率58.3%、除铬率74 .0 %。
