摘要: 流化催化裂化(FCC)在重油轻质化过程中占有重要地位,掌握气固流化床内流动特性对FCC装置
的合理设计有一定指导作用。采用BrandaniS和ZhangK的模型,在商业化CFD软件包CFX4.4平台上模拟了宽
为0.25m 和高0.70m 的二维流化床中粒径为6.4×10-5 m 和密度为1225kg/m3 的FCC颗粒不同表观气速下的
散式或聚式流态化特性,所得结果与前人的实验测量和理论预报相吻合。

Abstract: Fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) plays an important role in the processes of the heavy oil refining industry. A thoroughly understanding of fluid characteristics in the gas-solid fluidized beds is helpful for designing the FCC units. A new two-fluid model developed by Brandani S and Zhang K is used to numerically investigate the hydrodynamics of FCC particles in the platform of CFX 4.4, a commercial CFD software package. Simulation is carried out in a two-dimensional fluidized bed with 0.25 m in width and 0.70 m in height. The particle with a diameter of 6.4×10-5m and a density of 1 225 kg/m3 is employed as solid phase. Two typical kinds of fluid dynamics, i.e., homogeneous fluidization and aggregative fluidization, are obtained under corresponding to superficial gas velocities, which are in good agreement with classical theories as well as experimental dates from the literatures.
