FCC 油浆与丙脱沥青调合生产重交通道路沥青

Abstract:

        The experiment of producing heavy traffic paving asphalt was carried out with the FCC slurry and the propane deasphalted asphalt as the feedstock by uniform prescription design method .The experiment scheme was designed by original FCC slurry , above 400 ℃ slurry , above 445 ℃ slurry , and propane deasphlted asphalt as fact rs.The mathematic model of blending composition and asphalt w as set up by gradual regression of the experiment date , the effect of the blending composition on the asphalt was reflected quantified , and the optimal composition(above 400 ℃ slurry)which blended in proane deasphalt was found .Using FCC slurry as modified solvent not only makes full use of the slurry , but also improves the property of propane deasphalted asphalt .Based on mathematic model , the predicted results conformed with the measured results by using uniform prescription design of blending asphalt .The heavy traffic paving asphalt can be produced according with national standard of heavy traffic paving asphalt .It can be used as a basis for industrialization.

摘要:         以FCC 油浆和丙脱沥青为原料, 采用配方均匀设计方法, 进行调合生产重交通道路沥青的研究。以全馏分油浆、大于400 ℃油浆、大于445 ℃油浆、丙脱沥青为因素, 制定试验方案。试验结果经回归处理后, 建立了调合组分与调合沥青物性的数学模型, 定量地反映了调合组分对沥青物性的影响, 确定了大于400 ℃油浆为与丙脱沥青调合的最佳组分。用FCC 油浆作改性剂, 既实现了油浆的有效利用, 也改善了丙脱沥青的性质。将配方均匀设计应用于调合生产沥青, 回归数学模型的预报值与实测值基本相吻合, 以回归的数学模型为依据, 调合生产出了符合国家标准的重交通道路沥青, 可作为工业放大的依据。
