Abstract: The theory of rupture mechanics was applied into harmonic gear driving to study the fatigue failure mechanism of flexspline. The fatigue failure models of flexspline were set up, and the fuzzy reliability compute formulas of anti-fatigue fracture for flexspline were deduced, Then the cracks reliability and reliable life were estimated by a specific example. This new calculation method can make up for the shortage of the normal regulations design for flexspline.

摘要： 将断裂力学理论应用到谐波齿轮传动中，针对柔轮疲劳断裂的机理进行研究，建立了柔轮的疲劳断裂模型，推导了柔轮抗疲劳断裂模糊可靠性计算公式，通过实例进行了裂纹可靠度计算和可靠寿命的分析预测，这种计算方法弥补了柔轮常规设计的不足。
