丁酮-甲苯法测定高含油蜡中的含油量

Abstract:

        Determination of oil content in petroleum w ax (butanone -to luene method)was studied .The effects of mass of samples,air current velocity on test results were researched in the experiment .Repetitiveness of the method was validated, and the oil content of some domestic pro ducts of petroleum w ax w as measured with the butanone -toluene method .The results show that this method has good repetitiveness and practicability .The mass fraction of oil in petroleum wax from 15 % to 55 % can be determined.This method dramatically decreases the cost of determination by using the domestic apparatuses and reagents instead of imported ones.

摘要:         对丁酮-甲苯法测定石油蜡的含油量进行了研究。通过实验, 考察了样品取样质量、空气流速对实验结果的影响。同时对该方法的重复性进行验证, 并对国内部分石油蜡产品进行了含油量测定实验。结果表明, 丁酮-甲苯法有很好的重复性和实用性, 用于对石蜡中的含油量的测定, 可以检测油的质量分数为15 %~ 55 %的石油蜡。采用国产设备和试剂代替进口设备和试剂, 降低了实验费用。
