考务管理中考试日程表自动生成算法设计

Abstract:

        Examination schedule arrangement is an important and complex job in regular teaching management .There exist lots of constraint conditions and uncertain factors in the arrangement of examination schedule , so it is difficult to automatically generate an effective examination schedule using a program .After investigating diversified kinds of constraint conditions , the examination schedule can be automatically generated by an algorithm design .The software adopted Java' s B/S technology to implement the input of the basic information of the examination dates and time through the operation interface, and manual adjustment for examination schedule created automatically .Since the relationship between the datasheets of examination management is complicated, they will occupy a lot of system resources if datasheets are managed in the server .Thus , the storage process was utilized to implement partial functions.The practical application for mo re than one year in College of Adult Education show s that the algorithm is simple , highly effective and practical .I t is able to accomplish reliably automatic management of the examination job .

摘要:         考试日程安排是常规教学管理中的一项重要而烦杂的工作。由于考试日程安排的约束条件多、存在大量的不确定因素, 很难用程序自动生成一个实用的考试日程表。在研究了各种约束条件后, 通过一个算法设计, 实现了考试日程表的自动生成。软件采用基于Java 的B/S 技术, 提供浏览器操作界面实现考试日期、时间的基本信息的输入和对自动生成的考试日程表的手动调节。由于考务管理涉及到的数据表之间的关系比较复杂, 而这些数据表若在服务器前台中进行处理, 就会较多地占用系统资源, 故采用存储处理来实现部分功能。经过在辽宁石油化工大学成人教育学院一年多的实际应用, 证明该算法不受班型、考场类型的约束, 实现了考务工作的自动化管理。
