Abstract:         The carbon flow model was established based on Substance Flow Analysis (SFA) and the factors that cause the carbon emission were analysis by mathematical programming. The evaluation indicators were defined in order to evaluate the carbon flowing of TDCS. The results show that the main form of carbon emission is the carbon gases discharged to the environment for TDCS. The main sub-process of carbon emission is the preheating subprocess. And the carbon emission increases with the increasing of fuel consumption and C/H ratio, which influence the carbon emission most.

摘要: 采用元素流分析方法, 对炼油企业延迟焦化系统的碳素流规律及影响碳排放的主要因素进行了研
究。建立了延迟焦化系统的碳素流模型, 定义了碳素流评价指标, 以调研数据为案例, 跟踪评价了预加热子工序、 延
迟焦化子工序及产品分馏子工序碳元素的流动过程, 并运用数学规划方法对燃料消耗量、 加热炉燃烧效率、 过量空
气系数及燃料碳氢质量比4个变量进行了优化分析。结果表明, 预加热子工序是延迟焦化系统中碳排放的主要工
序, 约占总碳排放量的6 3. 1 3%, 影响预加热子工序碳排放量的主要因素是燃料消耗量和燃料碳氢质量比。
