谷氨酸发酵废水的处理及资源化利用

摘要: 谷氨酸发酵废水是味精生产过程中产生的一种高浓度有机废水,成分复杂且难以处理。介绍了当前我国味精废水处理领域的主要处理方法以及味精废水的资源化利用现状,总结得出我国味精废水的治理正逐步趋向于新的处理工艺与全流程资源化利用相结合的综合治理模式,并提出了一套谷氨酸发酵废水新的处理工艺与全流程资源化利用相结合的综合治理方案。

Abstract: Glutamate acid fermentation waste water is a kind of high concentration organic waste water formed during producing monosodium glutamate, which has complicated ingredients and is hard to process. The main treatment technology was introduced. The present status of comprehensive utilization of monosodium glutamate waste water was described. The viewpoint was summarized and expatiated that treatment of glutamate waste water should be combined with comprehensive utilization and cleaner production. This is a new technique development trend of glutamate waste water treating. And a new kind of technique of glutamate waste water treatment is put forward to combine with the whole comprehensive utilization.
