钻井液动压滤机固相运移动力学分析

摘要: 钻井液动态激励压滤机(以下简称动压机)是应现代化钻井工艺要求,新开发的一种用于钻井液固相控制的试验机型。试验机内部固相运移动力学规律,对其处理量和处理效果均有很大的影响。运用基本力学原理,分析动压机滤网面上固相颗粒的运移性能,建立固相颗粒运移动力学模型,通过分析得到了固相颗粒运移速度与抛掷速度和滑动速度之间的关系。

关键词: 钻井液, 固液分离, 压滤, 力学模型

Abstract: A dynamic excitation filter press for drilling fluid is a solid-controlled test machine newly developed for the modern drilling technology. The internal migration dynamics laws of the machine influence strongly the capability and effect for filtration. With foundational dynamics theory employed, the movement performance of solid-state granules on the filter screen of filter press was analyzed, and the related dynamics model is established in this paper.
