摘要: 研究了内源微生物与表面活性剂的复合应用, 一方面表面活性剂可以增强微生物及其代谢产物对剩
余油的降黏乳化作用, 另一方面微生物激活剂可以降低表面活性剂在储层泥质中的吸附损失和无效窜流, 两者具有
良好的协同作用。实验结果表明, 表面活性剂 HS B - 1 2、 OP - 1 0与激活剂F P 3显示出良好的配伍性, 复合驱油剂F P 3
+HS B - 1 2、 F P 3+OP - 1 0的界面张力、 乳化性及驱油效果明显好于单独驱油剂, 采收率最高可增加9. 6 7%。

Abstract:

There were two advantages of composite applications of microbe and surfactant: on the one hand, surfactant enhanced the capability of microbe in emulsion and Viscosity Reduction; on the other hand, the microbial nutrient solution could reduce the loss of surfactant adsorption in the shale and ineffective in the reservoir, so microbe and surfactant tended to have synergistic reaction. Five type surfactants were selected that surfactant HSB12 and OPS could be reduced to ultralow interfacial tension between oil and water. Surfactant HS B - 1 2、 OP - 1 0could emulsify and reduce the viscosity of crude oil. The effect of surfactants  HS B - 1 2、 F P 3+OP - 1 0 on microbes could be ignored, and microbe/surfactant combined flooding was obviously better than single surfactant flooding or microbial flooding.The maximum of recovery reached 9.67%.
