二硫化物修饰改性乙炔加氢催化剂研究

Study on Acetylene Hydrogenation Catalysts Modified by Disulfide

摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯和双 - ( 3 - ( 三乙氧基硅) 丙基) - 二硫化物通过溶胶凝胶法制备的S 2 - S i O2 为载体, 再通过浸渍法合成了新型负载型钯催化剂, 并研究了该催化剂对乙炔气相催化加氢制备乙烯的催化活性、 转化率及选择性, 而且采用F T I R、 UV - V i s 、 TG和B E T对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明, 催化剂对乙炔催化加氢制乙烯反应具有良好的催化性能, 当钯负载量为0. 6%时, 反应温度达到1 4 0℃, 乙炔转化率达到1 0 0%, 乙烯选择性可达到 9 0%以上; F T I R结果表明合成含配体的S i O2 载体; B E T表征结果显示添加配体后的催化剂比表面积明显增大; TG 分析结果表明配体修饰负载型P d催化剂的分解温度为3 7 8℃, 反应温度要低于此温度; UV - V i sDR S结果显示配体与P d产生了相互作用。

Abstract: A novel supported palladium catalyst was prepared through solgel method using silica bead grafted with double(3(triethoxy silicon) propyl)disulfide as the supporting matrix, following excessive impregnation. And the catalytic activity,conversion and selectivity were investigated. FTIR, UVVis DRS,TG and BET had been used to characterize the structure of catalyst. The results indicated that catalysts had excellent catalytic performance for hydrogenation of acetylene to prepar vinyl. When the palladium capacity was 0.6% and the reaction temperature was 140 ℃, the conversion rate reached 100% and the selectivity was over 90%. FTIR results showed that the synthesis of SiO2 carrier contained ligand. BET results showed that after adding ligand, specific surface area of catalyst increased obviously. TG results showed that decomposition temperature of the ligand modified supported Pd catalyst was 378 ℃, so the reaction temperature was lower than this. UVVis DRS results showed that ligands interacted with Pd produced.
