Abstract: Nickelbased supported catalysts on γAl2O3 or SiO2 from Ni(NO3)2,NiCl2 and NiSO4 were prepared by NaBH4 reduction at low temperature. The effect of supports, nickel source, loading and reduction method on the catalytic performance of phenol hydrogenation was investigated . Among the three nickel salts, NiCl2 was the best in NaBH4 reduction system. It was shown that in NaBH4 reduction system the support γAl2O3 displayed better than SiO2. The main products of phenol hydrogenation were cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone, and the selectivity of cyclohexanol was higher on nickel supported catalysts. When the ratio of n(B)/n(Ni) was 3, the catalytic conversion of phenol hydrogenation was the highest. However, the nickel supported catalysts prepared by NaBH4 reduction were vulnerable in hightemperature resistance. 

摘要： 采用等体积法分别将3种镍盐 N i ( NO₃) ₂、 N i C l ₂、 N i S O₄ 浸渍于γ - A l ₂O₃ 或S i O₂, 然后用 N a BH4 低温液相还原制备了负载型金属镍基催化剂, 考察了镍源、 载体、 还原剂用量、 反应温度等对负载型镍基催化剂苯酚加氢性能的影响。结果表明, 3种镍源中 N i C l ₂ 的还原程度最高, 适于作为 N a BH₄ 液相还原体系的催化剂镍源。经 N a BH₄ 液相还原的γ - A l ₂O₃ 负载的镍基催化剂苯酚加氢活性远高于S i O2 负载催化剂, 加氢产物以环己醇为主。还原剂 N a BH₄ 的用量对催化剂的加氢活性具有显著影响, 当n( B) / n( N i ) 为3时, 催化剂的苯酚转化率最高。经过 N a BH4 还原制备的镍基催化剂耐高温性和稳定性较差, 活性组分与载体之间的作用较弱, 在高温加氢条件下容易发生团聚而失去活性。
