膦酸盐防垢剂对复配体系-桩西原油界面张力的影响

Abstract:

The combination systems with alkali was prone to cause scaling,so its need to add scale inhibitors. To research the inhibitors effect on the systems interfacial tensions(IFT), the IFT between Zhuangxi crude oil and combination systems were investigated. The combination systems were comprised of organic phosphonate antiscale, small alkali and three surfactants which included SLPS(Shengli petroleum sulfonate), OPP4 (octylphenol polyoxyethylene phosphate ester), and PBET17(the mixture of octadecyl and hexadecyl dimethyl hudroxypropyl ammonium phosphate ). The results show that surfactants singly cantreduce IFT to 0.01 mN/m, and the alkali/surfactants compound systems do not work effectively either. However, the complex systems of organic phosphonate, surfactants and alkali have ideal synergistic effect and most of them can bring IFT down to 10-4 mN/m.

摘要:

含碱复合驱容易产生结垢问题,通常需要加入防垢剂,为研究防垢剂的加入对体系界面张力的影响,选取SLPS(胜利石油磺酸盐)、OPP4(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐)和PBET17(十八烷基二甲基羟丙基铵磷酸酯盐与十六烷基二甲基羟丙基铵磷酸酯盐的混合物)3种不同类型驱油用表面活性剂在低浓度碱条件下和有机膦酸盐防垢剂进行复配,测定了复配体系与桩西原油的动态界面张力曲线。结果表明,单独使用表面活性剂不能将界面张力降至0.01 mN/m以下,使用表面活性剂与碱的复配体系也不能有效地降低界面张力。有机膦酸盐与表面活性剂、碱复配后具有理想的协同效应,多数复配体系都可将油-水界面张力降至低或超低界面张力区域,甚至10-4 mN/m以下。
