Mechanism and Oil Displacement of Heavy Oil Emulsification and Viscosity Reducer:A Case Study on Heavy Oil Reservoir and Fluid Conditions of Bohai Oilfield

摘要: 为进一步探究稠油乳化降黏剂的降黏增油机理, 针对渤海油藏地质特征和流体性质, 在完成降黏剂
筛选及相关性能评价后, 以黏度和采收率为评价指标, 开展了稠油乳化剂降黏增油效果及其影响因素实验研究。结
果表明, 3种降黏剂通过与原油作用形成水包油乳状液, 进而降低原油黏度, 其中降黏剂2乳化降黏效果最好。随乳
状液中水含量减小, 油水乳状液乳化类型逐渐从水包油型( O /W) 转变为油包水型( W/ O) , 油水乳化液黏度增加, 最
终超过原油黏度。随稠油油藏储层非均质性即窜流程度增加, 降黏剂增油效果变好。随原油黏度增大, 降黏剂增油
效果变差, 在使用类似降黏剂前可对储层原油进行降黏预处理, 从而增大原油采收率增幅。
