注聚井化学增注剂的合成与性能研究

Synthesis and Catalytic Performance of Chemical Injection Agent for Polymer Infection Wells

摘要: 通过对注聚井堵塞机理的研究,以环氧氯丙烷和多乙烯多胺为原料,合成出一种新型注聚井化学增注剂ZM-1,确定反应物投料比(n(二乙烯三胺)/n(环氧氯丙烷)=2.5∶1.0),反应温度为60 ℃,反应时间为6h。通过室内岩心模拟实验对注聚井化学增注剂ZM-1的解堵性能进行研究,结果表明ZM-1型注聚井化学增注剂对于大庆油田注聚井解堵增注具有显著效果,解堵率可达到94.2%。

Abstract: By the analysis polymer infection wells plugging,the plugging remover ZM - 1 was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and polyethylene polyamines as the main starting materials.The reaction process was studied and the result as follows,the feeding ratio:n(diethylenetriamine)/n(epichlorohydrin)=2.5∶1.0,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,the reaction time is 6 h.The performance of plugging remover was studied through the core simulation experiment in the room. The experiments show that the plugging remover ZM-1 has effects obviously for the problem of polymer infection wells plugging of Daqing oilfield.The percent of plugging remover can reach 94.2%.
