双环戊二烯解聚法制备高纯环戊二烯

Preparation of High Purity Cyclopentadiene by the Depolymerization of Dicyclopentadiene

摘要: 采用工业粗品双环戊二烯(DCPD)为原料制备高纯度的环戊二烯(CPD), 通过SE -30 石英毛细管柱对原料和解聚后得到的环戊二烯进行气相色谱分析。对原料进行提纯, 以120 ℃进行热二聚, 最后在175 ~ 180 ℃进行解聚, 得到的新鲜环戊二烯的纯度可达到99 %以上。解聚后得到的环戊二烯在室温下极易发生聚合反应, 长时间放置纯度大幅度降低, 应立即使用。

Abstract: The high purity cyclopentadiene(CPD) was prepared by using industrial raw dicyclopentadiene(DCPD). The raw materials and cyclopentadiene obtained by the depolymerization of dicyclopentadiene were analyzed by gas chromatography with SE-30 quartz capillary column. The raw material was purified, then was carried out thermal dimerization at 120 ℃ and depolymerization at 175~180 ℃. The purity of cyclopentadiene obtained by this way is more than 99%. Cyclopentadiene is very easy to polymerize and the purity of it after long time decreases remarkably, so it must be used as soon as.
