基于Intel 80C196KC 单片机控制的晶闸管触发器的设计

Abstract:

     The design of SCR trigger circuit with Intel 80C196KC single chip microcomputer was introduced, which substituted analog SCR trigger circuit .I t implemented functions of data display and parameter setting , and provided a perquisite for the digitizing of DC motor thyristor control system .Making use of the advantages of Intel 80C196KC, a digital thyristor trigger device o f three -phase bridge SCR circuit was specially designed:the synchronization monitor of the situation of power supply network was adopted. Pulse is output through the high peed output port HSO of 80C196KC to realize digital trig ger device design and achieve reliable pulse trigger .The parameters can beset on -line and displayed on real -time .The system has audible and light alarming function and Menhances man -machine interactive operation.The system possesses advantages such as convenient parameter setting , compactMhardware structure , small volume, a wide range of adjustable speed, w ell stability and reliability of the system , favorable real -timecharacteristics .

摘要:      介绍了一种以Intel 80C196KC 单片机为核心的晶闸管触发器的设计, 替代了过去的模拟式晶闸管触发器, 并能完成数据显示和参数设定等功能, 为直流电动机晶闸管调速系统实现数字化提供了前提条件。利用了Intel 80C196KC 单片机的优越性, 专门设计了三相全控桥式整流电路的晶闸管数字触发器:在该系统中采用供电电网状态同步监测, 通过80C196KC 的高速输出口HSO 输出脉冲, 实现了数字式触发器, 达到了触发脉冲的可靠触发,还可以通过键盘进行在线参数设定和实时显示, 系统具有声光报警能力, 增强了系统的人机交互性。该系统具有参数设定方便、硬件结构紧凑、体积小、调试方便、调速范围广、系统可靠性高、稳定性好、实时性强等特点。
