Abstract:

The synthesis of didodecyl carbonate was studied by transesterification progress using dimethyl carbonate and lauryl alcohol as the starting materials, and the prepared organotin compound as catalyst. Results indicated that the best synthetic condition were: the mole ratio of bay alcohol to dimethyl carbonate 2, heating temperature of 120 ℃, reaction time 3 h, mass fraction of catalyst to materials was 5% under atmospheric pressure using organotin as catalyst. Under the optimal synthetic conditions, the yield of DDC was 55.57%, the selectivity was 74.25%, and the total yield of carbonic acid esters of laurel was 75.16%.

摘要： 以碳酸二甲酯与月桂醇为原料,采用自制的有机锡为催化剂,进行酯交换反应合成碳酸二月桂酯。
结果表明,在常压下,有机锡为催化剂,碳酸二甲酯与月桂醇的物质的量比为1∶2,反应温度120 ℃,反应时间3h,
催化剂质量分数为5%的最佳反应条件下,碳酸二月桂酯的收率为55.57%,选择性为74.25%,碳酸月桂酯的总收率
为75.16%。
