Abstract:

he effects of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) on softening point, penetration and ductility of C₉ petroleum resin modified asphalt were studied. The mechanism for SBR- C₉ petroleum resin-modified asphalt was also discussed. The results show that SBR can effectively improve the softening point of C₉ petroleum resin-modified asphalt. When introducing 4.0% mass fraction of SBR, the performance of modified asphalt could meet the required standard of JTJ036-98. The four components (saturation, aromatic, resin and asphaltene) analytical results indicate that the aromatics content of the modified asphalt system can be increased after adding C₉ petroleum, thus the swelling and adsorption of SBR in the C₉ petroleum resin modified asphalt can be promoted. Electron microscopy result demonstrates that, when the SBR content is 5.0%, the C₉ petroleum resin modified asphalt shows good compatibility, stability, and numerous crazes. A three pitch stable polymer network structure might be formed for the SBR, C₉ petroleum resin, and asphalt system.

摘要： 考察了S B R( 丁苯橡胶) 对C 9石油树脂改性沥青软化点、 针入度以及延度的影响, 并对S B R - C 9石油树
脂改性沥青机理进行了探讨。结果表明, S B R能有效改善 C 9石油树脂改性沥青的软化点, 当S B R的质量分数为
4 . 0%时, 改性沥青的性能符合《 公路改性沥青路面施工技术规范》 Ⅱ - C( J T J 0 3 6 - 9 8) 的要求。同时, 通过四组分( 饱和
分、 芳香分、 胶质和沥青质) 分析可知, C 9石油树脂可增加改性沥青体系芳香分的质量分数, 促进S B R在C 9石油树脂
改性沥青中的溶胀和吸附作用。由扫描电镜实验结果可知, 当S B R质量分数为5. 0%时, S B R与C 9石油树脂改性沥
青的相容性、 稳定性较好, 而且形成的银纹较多, S B R、 C 9石油树脂和沥青三者形成了稳定的高分子网状结构。
