Abstract: Petrochemical business is a highrisk industry, the establishment and implementation of HSE management system can effectively help companies manage hazards. Audit of HSE management system can effectively promote the enterprise management level. Because the previous audit issues failed to give the overall quantitative evaluation results, therefore the evaluation method was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and improved method of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） combined, and the validity of the methodology was demonstrated by examples.

摘要： 石油化工行业是一个高风险行业, 建立和实施 HS E管理体系能有效帮助企业管理危害, 经常审核HS E管理体系能有效促进企业管理水平的提高。针对以往的审核未能给出整体定量的评价结果, 提出了改进的模糊综合评价方法与层次分析评价方法相结合的综合评价方法, 并通过应用实例证明了该方法的有效性。
