Abstract: How to measure the innovative talent has become the primary problem of solving petrochemical company’s competition for original innovation superior. To solve this problem, AHP was used to build a quality evaluation system about innovative talents for petrochemical companies in the article, along with the use of questionnaire and the Delphi method. The article indicates that the expertise, curiosity and endurance and perseverance, innovative approaches and practical ability are the most important quality indicators of the innovative talents in the petrochemical companies.

摘要:         如何衡量创新型人才,已经成为解决石油石化企业争夺原始性创新制高点的首要问题。针对该问题,通过问卷调查和德尔菲法,利用层次分析法构建了适用于石油石化企业的创新型人才素质评价指标体系,得出专业知识、创新好奇心、创新的耐力与毅力、创新方法和实践能力是石油石化企业创新型人才最重要素质的结论。
