Abstract: The Mo3O/CCA was prepared by impregnation method using the (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O as the molybdenum source, carbon covered γ-Al2O3 (CCA) as support, and n-hexane as the carbon source. After carbonization of Mo3O/CCA obtained Mo2C/CCA. The catalysts prepared at different carbonization temperature were characterized by XRD. The effects of preparation and reaction conditions on dehydrogenation activity of the catalyst were studied in a fixed-bed down-flow reactor. The results show that the conversion of cyclohexane up to 91% was attained under the optimum condition as follows: CCA carbon covered 7.82%, final carbonization temperature 650 ℃, reaction temperature 475 ℃, reaction pressure 0.1 MPa, liquid hourly space velocity 2 h-1 and volume ratio of hydrogen to cyclohexane 200∶1.

摘要： 　以（ＮＨ_４）_６ Ｍｏ_７Ｏ_２４·４Ｈ_２Ｏ为钼源，以覆炭γ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３（ＣＣＡ）为载体，采用浸渍法制备出催化剂前驱物Ｍｏ_３Ｏ／ＣＣＡ。以正己烷为渗碳剂对前驱物进行碳化得到Ｍｏ_２Ｃ／ＣＣＡ。对不同碳化终温下制得的催化剂进行了ＸＲＤ表征。在固定床反应装置上进行了环己烷脱氢反应，考察了催化剂的制备条件及反应条件对催化剂脱氢活性的影响。结果表明：当载体ＣＣＡ覆炭量为７．８２％，碳化终温为６５０℃，反应条件为温度４７５℃、压力０．１ＭＰａ、空速２ｈ－１、氢烃体积比２００∶１时，环己烷的转化率最高可达９１％。
