直链烷基苯生产原料选择性工业生产试验[

Abstract: Two paraffins as raw materials were selected to mix with MOLEX paraffin and used to make a industrial trial in UOP-HF process of linear alkyl benzene (LAB). Influence on LAB quality and process was tested. The result shows that the LAB product can meet national standard specification but process parameters changed by the method above at certain proportion. Further sulfonation industrial test shows that the alkyl benzene sulfonic acid can reach the requirements of national standard.

摘要: 选择了两种烷烃类原料,采用与MOLEX烷烃混兑方法,在UOP-HF法烷基化装置上进行了直链烷基苯工业生产实验,考察了对工艺过程和产品质量的影响。结果表明,采用上述混兑方法生产,产品烷基苯质量可满足国标要求,但工艺数据发生变化。进一步的磺化工业实验表明,磺酸质量可达到国标要求。
