Determination of Cu、Zn and Ni in Waste Active Muddy Soil by Microwave Digestion-FAAS

微波消解—火焰原子吸收法测定废活性污泥中的铜、锌和镍

Abstract: The content of copper, zinc and nickel in waste active muddy soil were measured by microwave digestion-fire atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS), and the optimization condition was studied. The results are compared with that of acid digestion at atmosphere. The results of the above two method are similar. The experiment results show that two steps are suggested in microwave digestion. Microwave power is 340 W, constant time is 10 min, and microwave pressure is 0.4 MPa and 0.45 MPa in each step, respectively. Linear range of copper, zinc, nickel is 0~20,0~12 and 0~25 mg/L respectively. Detection limit of copper, zinc, nickel is 0.300 0,0.030 7 and 0.010 6 mg/L respectively. Average recovery of copper, zinc, nickel in waste active muddy soil samples is 97.6%,98.9% and 96.5% respectively, and relative standard deviation is 1.74%,0.95% and 1.00% respectively.

摘要: 采用微波消解系统消解污泥样品,火焰原子吸收法测定废活性污泥样品中的Cu、Zn和Ni的质量浓
度。研究了微波消解的最佳条件,与常压消解法进行了对比实验,准确度和精密度与传统方法吻合。实验结果表
明,微波消解分两步进行,微波功率为340W,恒压时间分别为10min,微波压力分别为0.4 MPa和0.45 MPa;铜、
锌、镍线性范围分别为0~20,0~12,0~25mg/L;检出限分别为0.3000、0.0307,0.0106mg/L。该法测定样品中
铜、锌、镍的平均回收率分别为97.6%、98.9%和96.5%,相对标准偏差分别为1.74%、0.95%和1.00%。
