Investigation of Factors on the Methanol-Fuel Mixture System

甲醇混合燃料体系影响因素的考察

Abstract: According to micro-emulsification theories, Span80+Tween80+ oleic acid was chosen as the surfactant to prepare methanol-diesel micro- emulsified fuel with many kinds of concentrations ratio. The effects of different mixture ratio of surfactant, amount of methanol, different HLB and different additive on stability of micro-emulsion diesel oil were investigated in more details.As a result, the optimum conditions were found as follows: the value of m(Span80) ∶m(Tween80)∶m(oleic acid) 3∶3∶6, the amount of the surfactant 4%(wt), the additive n-butyl alcohol and the ratio of methanol and fuel oil 1∶8.

摘要: 根据微乳化理论选择Span80+Tween80+油酸作为表面活性剂配制了多种配比的甲醇-柴油微乳化燃油,并讨论表面活性剂加入量、甲醇的加入量、不同的HLB值、以及助剂的种类对微乳柴油稳定性的影响。结果表明最佳的实验条件为:表面活性剂复配比为m(Span80)/m(Tween80)/m(油酸)=3∶3∶6,其最佳加入量为4%(质量分数),助剂为正丁醇,甲醇与燃料油的物质的量比为1∶8。
