低温混合碳四在SO^{2 -}₄ /TiO₂/HZSM -5催化剂上的芳构化反应

Abstract

Abstract:

　 The SO^{2 -}₄ / TiO₂/HZSM -5 solid acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation and deposition method.The investigation was made for aromatization of mix ed C₄over SO^{2 -}₄ / TiO₂/HZSM -5 solid acid catalyst at low temperature .The influences of TiO₂mass fraction , sulfuric acid impregnation concentration, impregnation time , mass ratio of liquid to solid , binder mass fraction, precipitation and aging temperature , calcinations temperature and space velocity on reaction performance were studied .The results show that the binder mass fraction and the impregnation concentration of sulfuric acid have great effect on the activity of the catalyst .Catalysis performance is better when mass fraction of γ-Al₂O₃binder is 30%.Low liquid hourly space velocity contributes to increasing selectivity of BTX(benzene,toluene,xylene)and aromatics.Furthermore , to get the similar yield of BTX and aromatics, the reaction temperature is about 140 ℃ lower compared with ZnNi/ HZSM -5 catalyst.

摘要： 采用浸渍沉淀法制备了SO^{2 -}₄ / TiO₂/HZSM -5 固体酸催化剂。通过对混合碳四在SO^{2 -}₄ / T_iO2/HZSM-5 固体酸催化剂上的低温芳构化反应的研究, 考查了二氧化钛的质量分数、硫酸浸渍浓度、硫酸浸渍时间、液固质量比、粘和剂的质量分数、沉淀老化温度和焙烧温度等催化剂的制备条件以及空速对反应的影响。结果表明, 粘合剂的质量分数和硫酸浸渍浓度对催化性能有较大影响。粘合剂γ-Al₂O₃ 在质量分数为30%时催化性能最好;低的体积空速有利于提高BTX(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)和芳烃的选择性;此外, 同ZnNi/ HZSM -5 催化剂相比, 达到相近的BTX 和芳烃的收率, SO^{2 -}₄ / TiO₂/HZSM -5 催化剂可使反应温度降低140 ℃左右。
