催化裂化油浆综合利用工艺研究

摘要: 以大庆石化总厂催化裂化油浆为原料,糠醛为萃取溶剂,有效地将油浆的可裂化组分与稠环芳烃分
离。考察了抽提温度,剂油质量比和停留时间对精制效果的影响。结果表明,在抽提温度为60 ℃ ,质量剂油比为
2∶1,停留时间30min时,油浆的分离效果较好。产品中精制油饱和烃的质量分数达80%,具有良好的催化裂化性
能,抽出油可作为芳香型橡胶填充油的调和组分。

Abstract:  

Daqing Petrochemical Plant FCC slurry as raw material, furfural as a separation of solvent, this method can effectively separate the cracking part and the faction containing mass aromatics in slurry. It was studied the influence of extraction temperature, catalyst to oil ratio and residence time in refined effects. The results show that FCC slurry is separated well in the extraction temperature of 60 ℃, catalyst to oil ratio of 2∶1, at 30 min retention time. The content of saturated hydrocarbons in refined oil up to 80%, has the good FCC performance. The extracting oil can be used as the blending component of the aromatic rubber filling oil.
