Ce-MCM-41分子筛的吸附脱氮研究

Study on Adsorptive Denitrogennation of Ce-MCM-41 Molecular Sieve

摘要: 在碱性条件下,以偏硅酸钠为铝源,硝酸铈为铈源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为结构模板剂,成功合成出Ce-MCM-41分子筛,采用XRD、FT-IR等手段对合成的Ce-MCM-41分子筛进行表征。XRD和FT-IR表征结果表明,Ce原子已经进入MCM-41的骨架。以Ce-MCM-41分子筛对油品中的氮化物进行吸附分离实验,研究对脱氮率造成显著影响的因素以及在一定参数范围内的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,Ce-MCM-41分子筛对模拟油脱氮的最佳工艺为:吸附时间3.0h、吸附温度80℃、油剂质量比20。在此工艺条件下,脱氮率为85.67%。

Abstract: nder alkaline conditions, mesoporous molecular sieve Ce-MCM-41 was successfully synthesized by using sodium metasilicate as aluminum source, cerium nitrate as cerium source, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as structural template. The synthesized Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve was characterized by XRD and FT-IR. XRD and FT-IR characterization results indicated that Ce atom had entered the framework of MCM-41. The Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve was used to adsorb and separate nitrides in the oil products. The factors which had a significant effect on the denitrification rate and the optimum technological conditions in certain parameters range were studied. The results show that the optimum conditions for the denitrogenation of simulated oil by Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve are: 3.0 hours of adsorption time, 80 ℃ of adsorption temperature, 20 mass ratio of oil, the denitrification rate is 85.67%.
