生物酶水质稳定剂对炼油厂循环水的处理研究

摘要: 采用了一种由微生物及酶制剂组成的生物酶水质稳定剂对循环冷却水进行处理。向4个相同的水样
中投加不同体积分数的生物酶制剂,通过生物酶及微生物的作用,对水样的COD、氨氮进行测定。结果表明,投加生
物酶制剂的水样与未投加生物酶制剂的水样相比,对COD、氨氮的降解起到了显著的效果,并且随着生物酶制剂体
积分数的提高,COD、氨氮的降解效果越来越好,处理后的水质呈中性。当生物酶制剂的体积分数为水样体积的
32曤时,COD的去除率高达89%,氨氮的去除率高达95%。

Abstract: The article adopted a kind of biological treatment technology of the circulating cooling water treatment. To four of the same water sample with different content of an enzyme preparation, determine water COD and ammonianitrogen through the effect of enzyme and microorganism. The results show that: The water samples have enzyme preparation played a significant effect to the degradation of COD and ammonianitrogen compared to the water sample with no enzyme preparation, and with the improvement of enzyme preparation content, the effect of the degradation of COD and ammonianitrogen reveals more and more good, and treated water is neutral. When enzyme preparation of dosing quantity for water sample of thirtytwo over one thousand, the removal rate of COD as high as 89% and ammonianitrogen as high as 95%.
