油母页岩干馏生产过程中的油泥处理

摘要: 研究了在油母页岩干馏生产各个过程中的油泥的来源及其特点,利用废甲苯进行萃取、热碱水进行
洗脱,处理回收页岩油。页岩油的回收率与碳酸钠的质量浓度、废甲苯的质量以及处理温度有关。把处理后的油泥
渣与页岩粉尘、固硫剂等进行搅拌混合后压碇成型,经干燥后,进行低温干馏生产,从而实现油泥的资源化、无害化
处理。

关键词: 油母页岩 , 萃取 , 碱洗 , 压碇成型 , 低温干馏

Abstract: The origins and characteristics of oil sludge was illustrated in various stages of oil shale retorting. oil sludge was Extracted by the use of waste toluene, recovers shale oil by hot alkaline water elution. The mass concentrations of sodium carbonate, the mass of waste toluene and reaction temperature have played roles in the the yield of oil shale. After mixing the treated oil sludge with oil shale dust, sulphur-fixing agent etc., and then mold the mixture, and drying, the molded mixture is sent to retort for low temperature retorting. Thus, the reclamation and hazardfree treatment of oil sludge can be realized.
