摘要: 结合具体机床,介绍了镗铣加工中心回转工作台的工作过程及电气控制,通过对系统程序变量L 及
外部参数E 的应用,详细阐述了工作台夹紧时自动调用子程序的控制,解决了鼠牙盘结构回转工作台落下时的角度
修正问题,说明以变量进行编程,并经过控制系统内置PLC的信号采集及处理,可以完成较为复杂的机床电气控制。

Abstract: Based on the concrete machine tool, work procedure and electrical control of rotation platform in boring and milling machining center were introduced. By applying program variable L and external parameter E, automatic calling for subprogram when platform is clamped was illustrated. The angle revising problem when structure of rat teeth rotary table falls was resolved. The result shows that by variables programming, and built-in PLC control system after the signal acquisition and processing, the more complex electrical control machine tool can be completed.
