摘要: 以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,用溶胶-凝胶法制得了TiO2纳米粒子,并探讨了溶胶-凝胶过程中pH 值及
胶凝方式对TiO2 相变的影响。结果表明,pH 值越小,从锐钛矿到金红石开始相变的温度就越低;采用真空胶凝方
式,明显抑制了TiO2 的相变,而采用红外胶凝方式明显促进TiO2 的相变。

Abstract: With Ti(OBu)4 as precursor, nanoTiO2 particle was prepared by Sol-Gel method. The temperature of phase transition was studied under different conditions. The results showed that, the beginning temperature of the phase transition is lower when nanoTiO2 was prepared at lower pH value. When vacuum dry was used, the phase transformation was inhibited obviously. However, the phase transformation was accelerated when infrared dry was used.
