摘要: 推靠臂是VSP测井仪的主要零件之一,它可以使VSP测井仪稳固的推靠在井壁上,能够准确的测试地层的参数。依据有限元技术,采用ANSYS软件对推靠臂进行静力以及模态分析,经过静力学分析,得出推靠臂满足强度和刚度的条件;经过模态分析,计算得出推靠臂的前6阶固有频率和对应的振型,并计算出了各阶固有频率对应的特征参数的灵敏度。对预防其在工作中共振提供了有效的理论指导。

Abstract: Eccenter arm is an main part of VSP logging tool, which can make a VSP logging tool lean against the well wall and test stratum parameters exactly. Basing on finite element technology, using ANSYS software, static analysis and modal analysis were made for eccnter arm. Static analysis shows that eccenter arm satisfies strength and stiffness requirements. Modal analysis demonstrates that the first sixth-order natural frequency and vibrancy mode are obtained and sensitivity of feature parameters related to natural frequency was calculated. The reasearch offers a theory guidance for preventing resonance.
