机电集成超环面传动的驱动机理

摘要: 机电集成超环面传动是一种新型传动机构,在超环面传动理论和电磁学理论基础上,用电磁力取代机械弹力和摩擦力,所以它是一种无接触传动,无需润滑;由于可以实现传动、驱动和控制的集成,不仅结构更紧凑,并且具有可控性。在对行星轮进行受力分析基础上,建立了空间力学模型,论述了该传动机构的驱动机理,推导出输出力矩公式,并且分析了输出力矩的影响因素和影响规律。结果表明,输出力矩与行星轮半径等因素成正比,但是行星轮个数的增加并不能增大输出力矩。

Abstract: Electromechanical integrated toroidal drive is a new-style transmission. Based on the theories of toroidal drive and electromagnetics, elastic force and friction are replaced by electromagnetic force, so it is contactless and non-lubriction .For the integration of transimission,driving and control, its structure size becomes smaller, and it is controllable also. Based on the force analysis of planet, space mechanics model was established, driving mechanism was discussed, and output torque formula was developed, the influence factor and influence law were analyzed. The result shows that the output torque is proportional to the factors such as planetary diameter and so on, but the increasing of planet can’t lead to the increasing of output torque.
