摘要: 由于热量分布不均衡,转子系统在启动或运行过程中会产生热弯曲并引起较大的热振动,影响转子系统的安全运行。利用有限元法对多自由度的某转子-轴承系统的稳态和瞬态启动过程的热不平衡响应进行了分析,研究了该转子-轴承系统的热振动特性,讨论了温度分布和启动加速度对转子系统振动特性的影响。计算结果为降低旋转机械系统运行过程中的热振动问题提供了一定的理论参考。

Abstract: For heat distribution in turbine rotor-bearing system being imbalance, the rotor-bearing system would produce bent and vibrated strongly when it was started up. These would make system running unsafely. The transient imbalance responses of multi-degree rotor-bearing were analyzed respectively, while it was starting and running steadily. Furthermore, the heat vibration characters of the system and the impact caused by temperature distribution and starting acceleration were studied. It provides a reference for reducing the heat vibration amplitude of the rotary machine.
