摘要: 采用涂覆法将 HZ SM - 5负载到堇青石整体式载体上, 研究了载体的孔直径、 浆液固含量、 溶剂及黏结
剂对负载量和负载牢固度的影响。实验结果表明, 载体的孔直径大、 浆液固含量高和以乙醇为溶剂可以提高 HZ SM -
5在整体式载体上的单次负载量, 但是却降低了 HZ SM - 5在整体式载体表面的负载牢固度, 黏结剂硅溶胶可以大幅
度提高活性组分在整体式载体表面的负载牢固度。在甲醇制汽油反应中, HZ SM - 5 /整体式催化剂表现出较高的甲
醇转化率, 在3 8 0℃时汽油收率达到3 0. 5 3%。
