摘要: 在复杂结构深井施工中, 如果摩阻扭矩过高则会出现钻具定向困难、 卡钻等问题, 同时如果钻具受轴向应力、 弯曲应力、 剪切应力、 扭曲应力等的影响则会产生疲劳破坏及由井眼清洁问题而产生的衍生问题。为了满足钻井施工要求,冀东油田引进了L AN DMA R K公司的C OMP A S S、 WE L L P L AN应用软件, 通过软件把这些抽象的问题具体化、 数字化, 较好地满足了3号构造的钻井施工要求, 减少了事故发生率, 提高了生产效率, 降低了钻井成本。

Abstract: In the drilling process of complex deep wells, excessive torque and drag may lead to the difficulty of direction or even sticking. Moreover, if the drilling tools were affected by axial stress, bending stress, shearing stress or buckling stress, fatigue failure might be caused as well as some relevant problems stemming from the inadequate hole cleaning. In order to meet the requirement of deep well drilling, Petrochina Jidong oilfield company introduced the application of COMPASS and WELLPLAN (LANDMARK), which has made the abstract concrete and digitized. This method preferably satisfied the drilling demand of No.3 structure, and at the same time effectively reduced the accident incidence, demonstrably improved the productivity and significantly lowered the drilling costs.
