伊通地区优快钻井技术研究与应用

摘要: 针对伊通地区地质条件复杂、 井斜控制难度大、 钻头应用效果不佳的现状, 对直井防斜、 井身结构优化、 钻头优选进行了研究与应用。定向井采用“ 直 - 增 - 稳 - 降” 的轨迹类型进行复合钻进, 对井斜超标井段, 应用垂直钻井系统或复合钻井技术进行纠斜, 达到控制井斜和提速的目标; 将原来二开Φ2 2 8. 6mm 井段优化为Φ2 4 1. 0mm井眼, 解决了上部裸眼井段缩径问题; 优选定制了适合伊通地区特点的钻头系列, 实现了伊通地区P D C钻头钻达深度新突破和机械钻速的再提高。

Abstract: Aiming at Yitong region complex geological conditions, borehole deviation control was difficult, the bit application effect was not good, we carried out the research and application in vertical wells oblique, well bore structure optimization, and bit type optimization. Directional well used "straightincreasestabilitydrop" track type to composite drilling, hole deviation exceeds bid section, vertical drilling system or compound drilling technique was used to achieve the goal of control hole deviation and speed up|the original two open interval optimization from Φ228.6 mm to 241.0 mm hole, solved the problem of the upper reducing open hole section|Select custom bit series was suitable for Yitong and regional characteristics, implemented the new breakthroughs of the PDC bit drilling footage and the improvement of the rate of penetration was again in Yitong region.
