聚乙烯醇/ C e P 2O7 复合膜及紫外老化性能研究

Research on Ultraviolet Aging Properties of Polyvinyl  Alcohol/Cerium Pyrophosphate Composite Films

摘要: 采用浸渍提拉溶液共混法制备出聚乙烯醇/焦磷酸铈( P VA / C e P 2O7) 复合膜。对薄膜进行了人工紫 外老化, 并对不同老化时间纯P VA膜和复合膜的力学、 水蒸气透过、 耐水耐油等性能进行了测试, 使用紫外 - 可见分 光光度计、 紫外 - 可见光谱仪和热重分析仪进行了分析。结果表明, P VA / C e P 2O7 复合膜抗紫外老化性能良好, 且力 学性能、 热稳定性、 耐水性、 保湿性较纯P VA膜都有所提高, 耐油性保持良好。

Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol/cerium pyrophosphate composite films were prepared by solution blending and dipcoating method. Artificial accelerate ultraviolet experiment of this composite films was conducted. The UV spectra and mechanical properties analysis of cerium pyrophosphate/PVA composite films with different aging time proved that the composite films had the function of antiultraviolet radiation and its mechanical property remained well after the UV aging. Thermo gravimetric, water vapor transmission, water resistance and oil resistance of cerium pyrophosphate/PVA composite films were studied which showed that properties of the cerium pyrophosphate/PVA were better than the pure PVA films.
