摘要: 论述了剪切流场中两种新型的液滴形变判据,即通过长短径比或拉伸率判断剪切对液滴形变的影
响,并对两种判据进行了实验分析和比较。实验研究表明,随着剪切速率的增加,液滴的长短径比和拉伸率都呈增
加的趋势,而液滴的变形收缩系数大致呈先增加后减小的趋势;与未加乳化剂相比,加入乳化剂时的液滴变形收缩
系数偏离预测值更大;通过拉伸率求得的剪切应力要比通过长短径比求得的剪切应力更接近实际值。

Abstract: Two new type criteria of deformation of a single droplet were introduced to estimate the effect of shear flow on deformation by the ratio of long radius to short radius or stretching rate, and they were analyzed and compared through the experiments. The experiments show that the ratio of long radius to short radius and stretching rate grow with the increase of shear velocity and the deformation shrinkage coefficient of a single droplet increases at first and then decreases. Compared with to the theoretical results it deviates greater with emulsifier. The shear stress attained by the stretching rate agrees better with the practical value than that by the ratio of long radius to short radius.
