W2N/Ti 2-Al2O3 催化剂的制备表征及噻吩HDS活性

摘要: 以钛酸四丁酯及γ-Al2O3 为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同TiO2 质量分数的TiO2-Al2O3 复合载体。复合载体经负载偏钨酸铵后在500℃下焙烧5h可得到催化剂前躯体WO3/TiO2-Al2O3。利用程序升温还原技术,在氮气、氢气(体积比1∶(4~5))的混和气氛中,以10800h-1气体空速对催化剂前体还原处理,即可得到
负载的W2N/TiO2-Al2O3 催化剂。研究了载体中TiO2 质量分数对催化剂性能的影响,分别用XRD,BET,XPS,
TG/DTA等分析测试技术对催化剂进行了表征,并在固定床微型高压反应装置上考察了催化剂对噻吩的加氢脱硫
活性。结果表明:当TiO2 的质量分数为6%时,所得催化剂的酸量、比表面积均达到最大,分别为0.1849mmol/g
和107.2m2/g,对噻吩的HDS活性最高,在330℃,压力3MPa,液时空速(WHSV)6h-1,氢油体积比900∶1条件
下,噻吩的转化率可达到56.4%。

Abstract:  

The complex supporters with different mass fraction of TiO2 for preparation W2N/γ-Al2O3-TiO2 catalyst were made by titanic acid tetra-butyl ester sol-gel method and γ-Al2O3 as raw materials. The catalyst precursors, WO3/TiO2-Al2O3, with different WO3 content were prepared at 500 ℃ baking for 5 h after loading ammonium paratungstate。The precursors were deoxidized and nitrification in H2/N2 (volume ratio of 1∶(4~5) gas-flow of 10 800 h-1 through temperature programmed could get the catalysts. And the catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,BET,XPS and TG/DTA. The influence of mass fraction of TiO2 on its specific surface, its acid amount and its performance for thiophen HDS was investigated in miniature high pressure device of the fixed bed. The results show that when the mass fraction of TiO2 is 6% in the catalyst, its acid amount and its specific surface are the largest, they are 0.184 9 mmol/g and 107.2 m2/g respectively. And the activity of the catalyst for thiophene HDS is the best, at 330 ℃, pressure 3 MPa, weight hour space velocity 6 h-1, hydrogen oil ratio 900∶1, the conversion rate of thiophen is up to 56.4%. 
